They will arrange an appointment on a face to face meeting with you and discuss your circumstances, You will be provided with a business card as point of contact and be given a short presentation on the process. Once you are comfortable with the process and providing any details to us. Your agent will complete the following:
- Complete a customer profiler, which will detail your needs for retirement, this will then be personalised in your pension report.
- They will also require you to sign a letter of authority, which gives your pension provider your authority to provide our associated IFA with details of your pension.
- Us and our associated IFA will then compile an independent 15 page pension report at NO cost.
